The hotel offers a charming stay in the old town, close to public transport options, with hand-cut steaks available. The rooms provided a unique loft bedroom experience with double beds on the upper level, even with the AC off. Despite a lack of response from the manager, the services like car hire and dry cleaning were available. The location's proximity to downtown buses and the bridge made exploring convenient, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is ideally located, close to the jazz festival and activities in Quebec City while maintaining a reasonable price point. The rooms are unique with sofa cum beds on two levels, offering a cozy loft bedroom setting. The service could be improved as our requests were not promptly addressed and the manager failed to show up. The dining options provided freshly made sandwiches but lacked diversity. Despite these drawbacks, the location offers proximity to the nearest restaurants and the Old Town at affordable rates.
